Chenelle Barratt, CMT, CBT
Chenelle began her journey in Bodywork in 2015 at The Bodhi Tree Center for Healing arts in Carson City NV. Since then she has opened a massage therapy practice in South Lake Tahoe and has joined Amy Moran at Bodywise Therapy in Sacramento CA. Chenelle considers herself an integrative rehabilitative, or restorative massage, that is unique to each of her clients based on their personal needs and lifestyles. She incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, stretching, myofascial release and energy healing modalities to facilitate healing on a deep level for the body, mind, and spirit.

Julie Woodside, CBT
Julie fell in love with Bowen work in 1995, and studied with Ossie and Elaine Rentsch, Milton Albrecht, Gene Dobkin and Raymond Augustinyak. She has also studied Swedish and deep tissue massage, Therapeutic Touch techniques, several types of Reiki, and Matrix Energetics. She offers sessions using a traditional approach to Bowen (Bowtech) therapy, or an integrated combination of her other trainings. She believes the body always strives toward healing and balance, and is honored to be a part of anyone's journey toward health and wholeness.

Alysha Worrell, CMT
Alysha studied at the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis with a focus on Eastern modalities and energy work, and prior to that extensively studied anatomy, physiology and kinesiology on a physical therapy path. She is currently specializing in Dynamic Massage, changing pressure based on tissue response. She also offers fully clothed sessions based on various listening touch modalities that can be very calming and can help create lasting results. Her thirst for knowledge of the human body continues and she will be adding more tools to her kit as she works with us at Bodywise.

Amy Moran, CMT, CBT
Amy began her practice in 2011 after extensive advanced training in Bowen therapy from Christine Jones, a student of Ossie Rentsch and Milton Albrecht, two of Tom Bowen's six students. In 2020, she extended her services to include restorative myofascial release massage, and in 2021 completed training in Internal Family Systems therapy and is now offering somatic therapy. She relocated to Eugene, Oregon in the summer of 2023 and returns to Sacramento to see clients every few months (see booking calendar for availability).
